use the fancy pole rifle and loaf chum thats what i herd and now i have one emo fish just an hour ago. i have been trying for the past week so this is either a quensistance or it eorks.
An Emo does need a Fancy Rifle pole or higher (if you have a Necro, give it a go, too). Note that they're 'very rare' in Fishertonville vs. 'nearly extinct' in Waterport. So motor on over to FV as it will help increase the probability of catching one. use loaf and a lvl 3 or higher rifle rod plus some waiting time cos it took me 3 hours to get them both.
