how do you cathch a emo fish

-Patience. The entry for the emo fish shows they're a bit more common in Fishertonville, so you could try fishing there if you're at Waterport. Also keep in mind that you need a minimum of fancy rifle pole -- that means you can catch the emo fish with anything higher than a fancy rifle pole. (E.g. I just caught one with Necropole and loaf.)
